LEAD GENERATION & QUALIFICATION:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities in the logistics industry through outbound prospecting, including cold/warm calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Qualify inbound leads from various marketing channels, understanding client needs and business pain points.
  • Use CRM tools to track and update lead information, ensuring all prospects are managed effectively.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & MARKET EXPERTISE:

  • Continuously learn about the latest trends in fintech and logistics industries to better understand client needs and effectively position the company’s products.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s financial products and services, ensuring all sales communications are accurate and compelling.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or logistics-related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the logistics industry and its financial needs (experience in logistics is a plus). Prior experience with freight forwarders, customs house brokers, ocean container transport, or air handlers is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with fintech products and solutions (e.g., payment processing, financing, supply chain finance).
  • Knowledge of logistics-specific financial pain points (e.g., cash flow, payment terms, invoicing).
