• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Troubleshoot issues by walking customers through setup, installation, and diagnostics of our products.
• Accurately enter and track customer quotes in NetSuite (ERP system)
• Proactively follow up on open quotes, backorders, and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams—including assisting with packing and lifting up to 60 lbs when needed
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by consistently going above and beyond
