Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: Redmond, WA Reporting to: Manager – Inside Sales Position Type: Full-Time, Non Exempt, Hourly Company Overview Perimetrics is a disruptive dental AI technology company, known for its InnerView® diagnostic system. InnerView is built on a “Razor, Razorblade, SaaS” model, with one primary corporate objective: enhancing patient health through increased velocity (usage) of InnerView procedure volume across both dentist and hygiene operatories. Position Overview The Inside Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving Perimetrics’ growth by generating and closing sales opportunities through proactive outreach, relationship building, and exceptional customer engagement. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for many prospective customers - translating curiosity into action, and interest into adoption of the InnerView® system. This role is ideal for a motivated, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to be part of a company scaling rapidly after FDA clearance. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales and Revenue Generation Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by selling InnerView® systems and related products. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to identify prospects, build relationships, and close sales. 2. Lead Management Qualify and manage leads through the sales pipeline using CRM tools. Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly and convert them into active opportunities. 3. Customer Engagement Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with clinical and business goals. Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and ROI to prospective customers. 4. Reporting and Forecasting Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts to the Sales Manager. Track performance metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with company goals. 5. Collaboration and Support Partner closely with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in sales meetings, product trainings, and continuous development initiatives. 6. Event Participation Support pre-event planning and post-event follow-up for trade shows, webinars, and promotional campaigns. Qualifications: Proven track record in sales, preferably in inside sales or B2B environments. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). Why Join Perimetrics?
