INSIDE SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Canadian Aqualine in Delta is looking for an exceptional and well-rounded inside sales and customer service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be result-oriented, detail-focused and tech-savvy.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING):

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Related experience in purchasing and inventory management (preferred)
• Experience in the plumbing wholesale industry as asset

EDUCATION:

· Post-Secondary Education

· Work closely with management and the inside sales team to handle customer inquiries on phone and email, provide quotes for customers, track incoming purchase orders and communicate with our vendors for delivery updates and stock status.
· Assist with the review and monitoring of inventory amounts using the Sage software.
Assist our shipper with inventory checks and order fulfillment during busy times.
