Job Description: As part of our focus on growth, process integration and service, we are now seeking an Inside Sales Representative reporting directly to the Senior Director of Sales of the company to build and grow our present structure in the US. The primary responsibilities of this position would be to: Work with me to find new leads using PGL tools (Datamyne/Zoom Info/Zoho). Help with reach out before and after trade shows. Make phone calls and outreach to new prospective clients. (Based on target verticals) Help with follow up. Help with client interaction when I am traveling. Possibility of advancement to outside sales. Requirements Required Experience & Skills: 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role Familiar with air, ocean, and land methods of transportation Detailed and Organized Proficient at MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Very familiar with CRM Applications such as Datamyne/Zoom & Zoho Availability to assist the Senior Director with clients Fast learner – able to grasp concepts outside area of expertise.
