THE ROLE

As an Inside Sales Representative (internally known as a Solar Qualifier), you’ll be at the heart of our growth. Your role will be to connect with homeowners, qualify their interest in solar solutions, and set them up for success with our Solar Specialist Sales Team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s motivated, ambitious, and passionate about renewable energy—and who thrives in a collaborative team culture.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Generate & Prospect Leads: Use inbound marketing, outbound calls/emails, social media, and networking to identify homeowners across Canada.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Assess leads based on homeownership, roof suitability, energy consumption, and budget to ensure a great fit.
  • Book Appointments: Schedule meetings between qualified homeowners and our Solar Specialists to move deals forward.
  • Target Strategically: Focus outreach on specific neighborhoods and regions to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Nurture Relationships: Stay connected with homeowners who aren’t ready yet, building trust until the timing is right.
