You’ll report to the Director of Inside Sales and play a key role in growing our customer base across Brazil and Portugal. You’ll be the first human contact many prospects have with our company, so your ability to understand their needs and communicate our value will shape the entire sales experience. It’s a great role for someone who wants to learn fast, gain exposure to the full go-to-market motion, and be part of a category-defining company in the AI space Responsibilities Steer prospects through the purchasing lifecycle. Work in tandem with Solutions Engineering to enact change and illustrate the platform’s benefits. Consistently analyze and report on sales targets and pipeline management using our CRM system. Remain attuned to industry trends to inform our product development and strategic direction. Foster collaboration with departments like marketing, operations, and engineering to propel Botpress’s growth and culture. Curious, driven, and excited about working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup Comfortable speaking with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike Able to clearly communicate value and tailor messaging to different industries Organized, self-motivated, and persistent, with strong follow-up skills This role is focused on growing the Portuguese speaking market.
