Power-West Industries Ltd., located in South Surrey, B.C., is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is smart, outgoing and capable. Our company is growing which means this position has plenty of room for advancement - the ability to work in a fast-paced, higher volume role is essential.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· 2+ years in a customer-facing or sales support role (inside sales experience preferred)
· Excellent, professional communication skills: verbal written, etc.
· Self-motivated team player with a strong willingness to take initiative and actively support leadership in achieving organizational goals

· Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email, providing quotes and product information to prospective clients.
· Job tracking and maintenance; ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
· Maintain accurate records of quotes, pricing, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
· Follow up on leads and existing quotes to move opportunities forward.
· Develop familiarity with customer accounts and be able to answer most customer questions
· Assist with generating new business by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
· Maintain & record all project costs including Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, billable time and work orders into spreadsheets and job tracking software
· Build and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently communicate features and benefits.
· Maintain the sales calendar and participate in regular team meetings and reporting.
· Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
· Collaborate with the service and project teams to ensure seamless customer support.
