The Inside Sales Representative, Primary Care is ideal for candidates who enjoy consultative selling, are achievement-oriented and will think outside-the-box to exceed annual sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment. This is a Remote, work from home, opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain and expand sales for assigned territory

  • Engage in uncovering and qualifying sales leads resulting in funnel growth

  • Responsible for the full-cycle sale

  • Responsible for growing the current book of business within their territory for the assigned product lines.
    -Proactively check in with current customers to identify potential risks, challenges and opportunities, and address those accordingly.
  • Report to the Inside sales manager any situation requiring attention from the Account Executives, Clinical Solution Specialists, RVP or any other member of the sales team.
  • Implement campaigns designed by Marketing to increase sales and loyalty.
  • Identify decision makers amongst targeted leads

  • Develop sales plans to meet and/or exceed set sales quota

  • Provide support to current customers

  • Prospect leads to expand sales from an existing customer base and grow customer base

  • Follow up with customers during pre and post-sales to continually build customer relationships
  • Develop and utilize presentations skills to successfully position Siemens product over the phone and/or via Teams
  • Provide customer with product literature and have the ability to discuss the points that are most relevant to the customer’s situation.
  • Achieve specified sales metrics including calls and CRM activities
  • Meet/exceed daily call metric
  • Connecting with new leads via call, text and email.
  • Uses CRM system to manage and nurture relationships
  • Utilizes tools and resources available to grow sales
  • Utilize strategic call planning
  • Develop market knowledge in affiliated regions and key accounts to improve and potentially tailor problem solving approach
  • Collaborate with relevant account stakeholders (e.g. Marketing and Distribution teams)
