Quoting & Project Coordination Gather, from various sources, all pertinent information required to process a customer estimate request and enter that information into the Company’s MIS, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to our customer. Attend and participate in daily production/scheduling meetings and provide relevant and current updates to attendees of these meetings. Forward proofs to customers and assist customers in the proofing process. Order job materials and services provided by a 3rd party. Manage job tickets, proof approvals, and client expectations from initial inquiry to final delivery. Within 48 hours of a job shipping, complete the job closing procedures and submit the job ticket to accounting for costing and invoicing. Client Experience & Issue Resolution Ensure seamless, high-touch customer experience through all stages of production. Handle escalations professionally and collaboratively, ensuring client satisfaction. Provide proactive communication on project status, timelines, and potential challenges. Document all interactions, communications, and project updates in CRM/MIS systems. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing and outside sales team to support enterprise accounts and strategic opportunities. Partner with Project Managers and Customer Service to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication. Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams when clients require brand strategy, design, or content support. Assist with developing sales presentations, proposals, and capability decks. Data, Reporting & Pipeline Management Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline within CRM tools. Provide weekly updates on forecast, opportunities, and account health. Monitor job margins, work-in-progress, and key performance indicators. Support the VP of Sales & Marketing in ongoing sales process improvement. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer support, or related role. Experience in printing, manufacturing, creative services, or related industry strongly preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Tech-forward mindset with comfort using CRM, MIS, and estimating tools. Strong problem-solving capability and the ability to collaborate across teams.
