Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As an Inside Sales Representative you are experienced, eager, and dedicated to delivering industry leading sales and customer service to current and new customers. The Inside Sales Representative has an appreciation for how customers are working to support and transform their businesses by leveraging industry leading software and hardware to fulfill their expanding business demands. The Inside Sales Representative must be dedicated in growing the business by both managing and facilitating smooth communications between key customers and other internal supporting staff members. In many cases this role will be accountable for the full sales cycle, including generating, managing, and closing sales to consistently achieve sales quotas.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Supporting and proactively engaging existing and new customers to increase customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability within our licensing division
  • Engaging and providing value to current and new customers by providing ProServeIT Subscription services (Microsoft CSP, Azure, third party, etc.)
  • Engaging and providing value to current and new customers by providing ProServeIT Hardware services (laptops, servers, storage, firewalls, modems, etc.)
  • Proactively engaging clients in support and selling ProServeIT’s e-Signature application (signNow) as part of our remote productivity tool set
  • Supporting and extending distributor, third party vendor, and other partner relationships
  • Improving internal workflow and process for greater efficiencies and improved customer service
  • Engaging multiple customers daily ensuring that a high level of customer relationships, retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Managing the sales cycle end to end
  • Meeting monthly sales objectives and quotas
  • Participating in daily/weekly sales meetings to gain valuable feedback
  • Becoming the Microsoft licensing go-to person on the Sales Team (training provided)
  • Supporting ProServeIT Partner Centre, Storefront, Dynamics CRM, Service Boards, and other internal systems with customer information and purchase updates
  • Managing via email, phone, and conference calls, incoming customer requests for subscription, hardware, and other supporting products
  • Engaging internal Service Desk personnel to properly scope, position, and upsell customers hardware requirement
