Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for engaging with our customers daily, nurturing existing relationships & setting up appointments for them to explore their current lending options. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Making a high volume of outbound customer engagements.
  • Supporting GTM with inbound customer enquiries.
  • Understanding business owners’ needs and requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create value and achieve outstanding outcomes for Prospa and our customers.
  • Having detailed conversations with business owners to drive commercial results.
