Description

The Inside Sales Representative is a vital role at our fast-growing company. The focus of this position will be to manage an existing book of business while identifying and closing new opportunities. This position requires an excellent listener with exceptional time management skills, as well as great communication and outbound phone skills. The Inside Sales Rep will be based out of RefrigiWear’s Alpharetta, GA location and report directly to the Inside Sales Manager.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Professionally grow and manage all assigned accounts within US and Canada
  • Introduce new products and provide expertise to drive new business opportunities
  • Present specific industry knowledge to suggest products for the correct application
  • Exceed monthly call and follow up requirements
  • Demonstrate a commitment to follow up and customer satisfaction
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Researching accounts using online tools
  • Weekly/Monthly account admin & reporting
