Description

Our client is an industrial manufacturer based in central Michigan serving customers across North America.
They are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and collaboration with the external sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of cold calling in a B2B or industrial environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with technical buyers
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify target companies and contacts within the industrial sector
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to generate qualified leads
  • Manage and update CRM records (HubSpot preferred) and track sales activity
  • Qualify early-stage opportunities and coordinate handoffs to the outside sales or estimating team
  • Support reporting on KPIs such as outreach volume, lead conversion, and pipeline development
