Job Role:  Inside Sales Representative  (SaaS/B2B software) Objective:  Hire a great inside sales professional to identify and nurture leads, convert them to real opportunities, and close (with support from pre-sales team) Key responsibilities: * Achieve weekly lead generation targets and monthly revenue targets * Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up * Construct and conduct sales pitches and presentations from start to finish * Demonstrate product features before a sale (perform online demos) * Understand customer needs and be able to articulate the value concisely * Learn the ContractAI solution and how to articulate the value * Learn prospect’s org structure, identify key players in the buying cycle (buyer, decision maker, influencer, naysayer) * Nurture relationships with leads and convert into opportunities efficiently * Track and manage all prospect communication (emails, phone, social media) Skills / Qualifications: * BA/BS degree or equivalent * 5+ years inside and/or outside sales experience * Several years track record of exceeding sales quota * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Strong listening and presentation skills * Knowledge of managing all leads, opportunities and communication in Salesforce * Ability to run digital marketing campaigns to source leads (ie. using various marketing tools provided by company) and track/report campaign results * Commanding phone presence with experience running sales presentations from start to finish with mutual close plans * Able to work independently and remote with little supervision * Highly organized with efficient note-taking skills Requirements: * Adequate workspace where video conferencing allows for business discussions * Sufficient Internet connectivity to host video/audio calls and product demonstrations  Intangibles: * Loves selling as a career * Loves meeting new people and building long-term relationships * Very high energy and competitive * Passion for B2B SaaS solutions
Responsibilities
