The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new sales leads and closing deals remotely for the assigned market. This role requires a hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and experience in a phone-based sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and social selling. Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively present our products/services. Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing. Maintain and update the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate customer information and sales activities. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of new accounts. Qualifications: Proven experience in an inside sales or telemarketing role, preferably in a multinational or B2B environment. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics. Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven. Experience selling to the US or Australian market is a significant advantage.
