Sealy Mattress Middle East is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our hardworking sales team. As a leader in the bedding industry for over 30 years, we are committed to providing our customers with top-notch mattresses and exceptional service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, following up on leads, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth. If you possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, we invite you to help us enhance the sleep experience for customers throughout the region. Responsibilities Manage and respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries from potential clients. Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products. Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up. Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM software. Assist in preparing sales proposals and contract negotiations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service roles, preferably in the retail or bedding industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to achieving results. Male / Female 20 to 28 years of age.
