Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming inquiries and handle customer requests with professionalism. Develop and manage relationships with prospective clients to expand our customer base. Follow up on leads through calls and emails to secure sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress in our CRM system. Prepare sales proposals and assist in the negotiation process. Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues quickly. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the retail or home goods sector. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers. Experience with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills. Team player with a positive attitude. Open to both male and female candidates. Age range: 25 to 30 years. Male/Female Open to Lebanese nationals.
