Job Description

EDUCATION:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or other related discipline is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct work experience in a sales capacity.
  • Current or prior direct sales and/or tele-sales experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound calling to prospects that are generated by external sources of lead generation.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, create sense of urgency.
  • Work with Support and Validation team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate CRM.
  • Pro-actively collect, analyze and share customer feedback with colleagues in the professional services, sales, and R&D teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the growth and further development and automation of renewal processes for the business.
  • Manages end-to-end forecast under your territory portfolio of client renewals.
  • Mitigating down sales and maintaining a strong baseline and increasing renewals.
  • Hunter, Closer mentality is essential to accomplish monthly sales quota
  • Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
