Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the window and door industry. The candidate will report to the Inside Sales Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, experience in window and door industry is an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Goal-Oriented: Results-driven attitude, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to learning about window and door products and the ability to explain technical specifications to customers.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Assist in identifying and contacting potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online research. Help develop and execute strategies to target potential clients and support the sales team in converting leads into sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for additional sales.
  • Quoting and Order Processing: Prepare and submit accurate quotes, ensuring all pricing and product details are correct. Process orders efficiently, coordinating with the production and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously update your knowledge of our window and door products, including new features, benefits, and technical specifications. Stay informed about new product launches and industry advancements.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Provide regular reports to the Inside Sales Manager on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Industry Awareness: Continuously stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and strategies for success.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and encourage repeat business. Solicit feedback to continuously improve the sales process and customer experience.
