As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can contribute to both sales growth and customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll be part of the engine of our sales operations— working on inbound and outbound opportunities while strengthening client relationships. · Research and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach to target industries · Connect with prospects via phone, email, and linkedin · Prepare tailored quotations and proposal based on client requirements and painpoints · Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts · Assist drive the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing · Work closely with external sales and support teams to deliver solutions · Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipelines, and client interactions · Keep informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry changes · Attend sales strategy meetings Mentor and coach other sales and service staff as required If you’re looking for a role where your effort directly impacts results—and you enjoy being part of a supportive, driven team—we’d love to hear from you. Requirements What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who is driven, adaptable, and confident in a sales environment. Experience in BDM, inside sales, telemarketing, or similar roles Understanding of commercial pricing & negotiation, uncovering painpoints, and proposal development (training provided) A results-focused mindset with strong personal accountability Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across departments Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Highly organized with solid time management skills Comfortable working toward targets Experience with CRM or sales tracking systems Experience in discovery calls with clients Full working rights in Australia (required)
