We have an exceptional opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in driving the business forward by building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, providing top-notch service while also identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. If you are passionate about sales, skilled in negotiation, and enjoy building relationships, this position is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly goals.
  • Perform outbound calls and emails daily to engage prospective new clients.
  • Build and work pipeline of prospect opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of client’s solutions to customers
  • One-on-one sales interactions with customers via phone and email.
  • Set appointments with decision makers/influencers/champions and conduct virtual presentations to introduce them to SSG, our services, and our differentiators
