JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a background in B2B sales, with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers.

• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and business development strategies.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications to generate leads and close sales.
