We are looking for an

Inside Sales Representative German Market

100% (m/w/d)

the role.

• Follow up on leads generated by Marketing through campaigns, webinars and events, and coordinate their allocation with the Account Executives
• Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and scalable campaigns aligned with Marketing
• Own inbound leads and smaller opportunities through the full sales cycle, from discovery call and demo to proposal, negotiation and close
• Identify and develop upsell and cross selling opportunities within the existing customer base
• Use AI and automation to sharpen account research, prioritisation, outreach and follow up
• Keep CRM data accurate and share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance

what you bring.

• Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development or Business Development, ideally in B2B SaaS
• A solid track record managing opportunities, or the readiness to take full ownership through to closing
• Strong qualification and communication skills, with confidence presenting solutions and handling objections
• Hands on experience with AI tools, automation and CRM platforms
• Professional fluency in German and English; exposure to Compliance, Ethics or Data Privacy is a real plus
