More About the Position:

  • Reviews previous day’s unconverted sales from Replacement Specialists (tech or marketing leads), and Camera Technicians, prioritizing customer call backs looking to convert into booked sales
  • Communicates with Replacement Specialists and Camera Technicians regarding open opportunities to obtain information regarding customer conversations and objections or any issues that prevented closing at the table
  • Provides weekly summary of sales to Sales Lead Coordinator for inclusion in weekly sales data compilation

What Does It Take?:

  • The passion and drive for sales and the proven success in a previous role
  • Ability to overcome objectives and show value added by using Thornton & Grooms
  • Experience providing options and closing sales over the phone
  • Ability to pass prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test and background check
