You will work closely with field sales teams and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to revenue generation through proactive outreach and solution-oriented selling.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Qualify and convert inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, web inquiries, and existing customer baseConduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business and schedule appointments for field sales representativesDevelop a strong understanding of TKE’s service offerings, modernization solutions, and value propositionUse CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline, track activity, and report on sales metricsPrepare quotes, proposals, and assist in contract documentation as neededPartner with account managers and branch teams to align on customer needs and support end-to-end sales effortsMaintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunitiesSupport sales campaigns and initiatives focused on targeted verticals, regions, or product linesWho we are looking forEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in a technical, service-oriented, or construction-related industryProven success in a metrics-driven sales environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport quicklyProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-based environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredPreferred Attributes:Knowledge of elevator, escalator, or vertical transportation industry a plusComfortable understanding technical solutions and translating them into customer benefitsHighly organized, self-motivated, and results-drivenWhat we offerProvided they meet all eligibility requirement under the applicable plan documents, employees will be offered medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, supplemental medical plans, basic life insurance, AD&D, short term and long term disability, optional life and AD&D, optional spouse and dependent life insurance, dependent life insurance, flexible spend account, health savings account, identity theft monitoring, pet insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Wellness program, and tuition reimbursement.
