ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our telecommunications team. This is an office-based sales role where you will focus on prospecting, cold calling, and building strong client relationships to drive growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage leads and opportunities using Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate and organized records.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
• Learn and stay current on telecommunications products, services, and solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support company growth initiatives.
