Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on following up with inbound leads, building relationships with potential clients, and introducing CNS services to trucking companies across the United States. This is an entry-level B2B sales role with strong opportunities for growth within the company. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers. This is a full-time, in-office position (not remote). What You’ll Do • Follow up with marketing-generated leads daily • Speak with trucking companies to understand their compliance and safety needs • Explain CNS services and recommend appropriate solutions • Answer inbound sales calls from potential clients • Build prospecting lists and identify new potential customers • Maintain detailed notes and follow-ups within the CRM system • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies • Track prospects through the sales process and maintain consistent follow-up Requirements Skills & Qualifications • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Customer service or sales experience preferred • Comfortable speaking with potential clients by phone and email • Organized with strong follow-up and note-taking skills • Ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams What Makes Someone Successful in This Role • Strong work ethic and persistence in following up with prospects • Confidence speaking with business owners and decision makers • Desire to learn the transportation and compliance industry • Ability to stay organized and track multiple conversations Compensation • Base Salary + Commission Structure • Typical first-year earnings: $40,000 – $65,000 • Additional earning potential based on performance Work Environment • Full-time in-office role (40–45 hours per week) • Collaborative team environment • Opportunity to grow into higher-level sales roles
