Position Summary This position will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize several tasks and have good time management skills. The Inside Sales Representative must demonstrate the ability to quickly build rapport to achieve customer satisfaction. Requirements Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or GED Previous Inside Sales or Customer Service experience Proficient with ERP software or similar database Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to navigate through problems to come to reasonable solutions Strong listening and sales skills Organized with a strong attention to detail Work Environment and Physical Demands The following environment/atmospheric working conditions are commonly, but not always, associated with the performance of this position. Exposure to noise, dust, and materials due to shop environment Office environment and predominately sedentary Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
