The opportunity? We’re looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Representative who’s ready to manage inbound leads, guide homeowners through product selection and installation, and support broader business development efforts.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers exploring waterproofing solutions — acting as a technical resource, facilitating homeowner leads, and supporting our dealer network with product knowledge and service.
In addition, you’ll help drive growth by identifying and connecting with builders, contractors, and other market participants through targeted outreach and engagement. Your efforts will help strengthen our presence and expand our network across North America.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage inbound inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on leads to support the sales team and our dealer network.
  • Guide homeowners through product selection and installation as part of our DIY program.
  • Identify and engage with market participants through targeted outreach and campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM records, update customer accounts, and track sales activities to support business development.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to expand market reach.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
