Inside Sales Representative  Location: London   The Role We are seeking upbeat, focused and well-organized individuals, to expand our successful Inside Sales Team. Achieving our future goals and remaining a leader in our field, requires exceptional individuals who can share and understand our passion for success. By working with a team of External Account Managers (MAMs) and Channel Account Managers (CAMs), on either a defined Territory or a defined account list, you will work as part of the account team and effectively support the team on the sales admin activities.  Key Responsibilities * Handling incoming enquiries to the sales team with prompt action. * Managing lifecycle and forecast hygiene of run rate new business. * Managing deal registration lifecycle and coordinate with sales team. * Monitoring regional pipeline generation and related reports. * Production of weekly sales reports using SalesForce/Tableau to monitor sales allocation and sales status across the region for sales teams/partners/Distributor. * Distribution of the weekly report findings to our regional and country sales teams. * Assistance with data gathering for weekly sales forecasts. * Collaboration with sales team throughout the region to ensure target achievement. * Preparation of reports for management using Excel/Power point/Tableau. * Price list and data analysis. * Miscellaneous administrative duties to support the wider sales team.   Required Skills and Experience * Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of sales processes preferably within a B2B environment. * Previous experience in IT sales would be an advantage. * Strong administrative and organization skills. * Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills. * Multi-tasking capabilities and initiative. * Sales Force, Tableau and Excel (essential). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent English language skills are essential.
