As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the key link between customers, sales, and operations. You ensure seamless communication and top-notch service, helping our customers succeed.
Your role and impact:
✔ Be the first point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships via calls and visits.
✔ Manage the entire order process, from order entry to delivery tracking.
✔ Solve challenges before they become problems – from handling complaints to processing returns and credit notes.
✔ Maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring customer information and quotes are always up-to-date.
✔ Work closely with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
✔ Become a product expert, ensuring that customer inquiries and quotes are handled quickly and accurately.
