Inside Sales Representative (ISR) – COM-Inside An Inside Sales role responsible for covering a designated territory and managing Low-Mid Commercial accounts within that region. Responsibilities: Generates sales within the assigned territory, focusing on SMB & Mid-Commercial accounts. Develops consultative sales strategies, aligning key business and technical benefits with customer requirements. Drives new opportunities through partner deal registrations, lead generation lists, and active prospecting, including cold calling when necessary. Coordinates sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business. Maximizes coverage within the assigned region and expands penetration into key organizations with Veeam solutions. Provides sales forecasts and opportunity reports as needed. Ensures the achievement and surpassing of individual and team quotas, contributing to Veeam’s continued growth. Meets face-to-face visit standards with customers and partners, requiring frequent travel within the assigned territory. Requirements: Based in Bogotá, Colombia Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales positions. Experience in Inside Sales roles, preferably in technology and software. 1-3 years of CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce and report management. Fluency in Spanish and English (oral and written) is mandatory. Availability for intensive travel and face-to-face meetings with customers and partners.
