We’re looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue to grow.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales inquiries, and supporting our commercial and retail tire operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous sales or customer service experience (tire or automotive industry experience is an asset).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems, or similar).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.

• Handle inbound sales calls, emails, and counter inquiries.
• Provide quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Support outside sales reps with account management.
• Coordinate with the service team to schedule tire and mechanical work.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company offerings.
• Maintain accurate records in our sales and inventory systems.
