Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring compliance with our client’s agreements. You will engage with clients through structured multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, social media), handling high volumes of interactions daily (80+). Your focus will be on generating qualified leads, reconciling orders, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • English and German C1 level
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward clients and coworkers.
  • Willingness to learn about our client’s products for sales purposes.
  • Experience with sales quotas and activity targets (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to business needs.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Adherence to Information Security policies and processes.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Relevant experience in technology and technology sales.
  • Metrics-based sales experience with a focus on performance and quota attainment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with agility to ramp up quickly.
  • Proactive communication with clients to improve solution usage.
  • Experience working with SMB-level customers and IT environments (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
