REQUIREMENTS

  • · Experience in sales or customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Professional phone manner and presence
  • Excellent initiative, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Ability to identify and meet customer needs and requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, possessing a sales aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems.

Responsibilities

· Communicate effectively with the Customers, Management, Sales Team, and Operations Team to ensure customer order and needs are satisfied.
· Independently research, prospect and qualify leads
· Develop and maintain excellent relationships to ensure retention and growth of sales
· Cold Calling – making cold calls to potential customers as required on behalf of World Meats
· Upselling – during conversations offer add-on products compliment the Customer Proposal
· Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner – while working in tandem with WM in-office team parameters
· Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company to customers
· Always manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with solid communication skills
· Attend to customer(s) questions, complaints, and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution
· Team player including supporting operations as required
· Consistently review quotes and invoices for accuracy
· Follow systems and procedures outlined in company manuals
· Provide daily updates to your own customer database.
· Create quote proposals for customers
· Provide back-up to other CSR’s and office staff when additional telephone support is required.
