WWT is proud to announce that it has been named on the FORTUNE "100 Best Places to Work For®" list for the twelve consecutive year and was awarded #8 on Glassdoor's 2018 Employees' Choice Awards, honoring the Best Place to Work.   Responsibilities Include * Accurately respond to customer requirements within the stated time frames (requests for quotes, order processing, product information, order tracking details) * Strong customer service experience & Cisco estimates * Proactively build and maintain a strong working relationship with ISR team * Proactively build and maintain a strong working knowledge of strategic OEM products and services * In-depth knowledge and use of WWT tools, processes and partner facing applications to build and validate technical configurations * Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect sources of supply and associated quote and order processes * Proactively leverage product promotions and rebate incentives * Ability to recognize an opportunity to upsell or attach services * Proactively create, maintain, and provide detailed quote and order management reports to key stakeholders Personal Attributes * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships both inside and outside the organization * Excellent communication skills * Strong organizational skills * Capability to multi-task, respond to change, and adapt accordingly * Perform duties with accuracy and with strong degree of urgency * Ability to prioritize and perform work in a timely manner * Team Player * Quick Learner Qualifications * B.A., Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience within the IT industry * Minimum 5+ years of sales and or sales support/operations experience in the information Technology industry. * Minimum 5+ years’ experience in global business. * Candidates with prior experience of creating CISCO HW BOMs on CCW * Candidates with good interpersonal experience. * Excellent vendor/customer relationship development skills. * Excellent business analysis capabilities and experience. * Ability to analyze reports as a basis for making business decisions. * Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel). * Ability to work independently and/or with a team with minimal supervision. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Must be the subject matter expert concerning daily processes and procedures.
