Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at our office location. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a respected 503B manufacturer and contribute directly to the company’s growth. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and purchasing teams. Present and promote Turbare’s 503B products and services with professionalism and product knowledge. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to drive revenue growth. Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM system. Collaborate with management to refine messaging, outreach, and account strategy. Qualifications: Prior sales experience preferred (503B, healthcare or pharmaceutical sales a plus). Strong communication skills and professional phone presence. Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and CRM proficiency. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary plus commission (uncapped earning potential). Responsibilities
