Description

The Inside Sales - Revenue Growth Representative is a hunter position that executes revenue growth engagements by entrenching themselves within our existing customer ecosystem. This position is responsible for driving third party adoption with existing customers, discovering areas of opportunity, effectively developing and executing return on investment presentations, and closing sales via web and phone. He/she will also learn and be responsible for successfully executing branch add and merger and acquisition tasks for our existing customer base.

Essential Job Functions

  • Drive revenue growth from our 3rd party and Karmak Fusion add-on solutions to our existing customer network.
  • Understand a customer’s business and develop a strategy to assist them using 3rd party and add-on Karmak Fusion solutions.
  • Effectively manage pipeline, create opportunities in Salesforce, track progress, follow up with leads, close deals via phone and online meeting environments.
  • Consistently hit revenue growth targets.
  • Learn and execute branch-add and merger & acquisition tasks under supervision and provide back-up support as needed.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer engagement, or other sales /customer service roles.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales quota virtually.
  • Strong Salesforce experience. Experience with Pardot or SF Engage is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Clear, confident speaking voice with the ability to develop quick, friendly rapport with customers.
  • Patience, persistence, and persuasiveness.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
