If you’re organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a supportive environment, this entry-level role will give you the foundation you need to build a successful sales career. What You’ll Do · Provide customers with sales and limited support via phone and email · Recognize customers with requests or product needs that require advanced support and escalate · Generate new business growth through cross-selling and upselling · Issue quotes in response to inbound requests o Utilizes all pricing tools and methods including requesting quotes from vendors o Check Inventory to coordinate lead times · Follow up on pending quotes as defined by the sales process o Works directly with outside sales team members to support territory and customers o Route qualified leads to inside /outside sales team as appropriate · Support department activities, goals and assigned metrics o Assist teammates to meet customer demand o Completes projects, assignments and daily tasks assigned by management What You Bring · Previous sales experience where influencing, persuading and/or negotiating skills were needed · Experience in a role with direct customer interaction · Basic computer literacy and ability to learn tools like Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and pricing systems · Willingness to learn technical product information · Strong time and project management skills · Strong communication skills · CRM experience preferred · Manufacturing experience · Time and project management skills Compensation and Benefits · Salary Range: $21/hr (Base + Commission) based on experience · FREE Medical Coverage for Employees · Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance · Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts · Employer-Paid Life Insurance · Generous Time Off Policy · 401(k) with Company Match · Employee Assistance Program (EAP) · FREE Snacks Our Mission To deliver innovative, high quality solutions through trusted partnerships, empowered people and a culture of excellence that drives performance and value across every market we serve Ready to Apply?
