Our client is looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join their growing Equipment & Service Sales division.

Responsibilities

This role plays a key part in driving the growth of the equipment and service department.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries, video calls, and online product demonstrations.
  • Closing stand-alone and replacement equipment sales while generating new opportunities for the wider sales team.
  • Supporting field-based specialists with larger opportunities and ensuring smooth handovers.
  • Managing the full sales cycle including quotes, paperwork, financial coordination, and post-installation support.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating with internal departments, field teams, and manufacturers.
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding sales and gross profit targets.
