Description
Build, maintain, and segment a clean prospect database of office managers, facilities managers, and other decision-makers. Use ZoomInfo and other tools to identify and verify new leads. Design, implement, and optimise automated email sequences in Brevo to generate engagement and inbound interest. Personalise outreach to align with service offerings in commercial cleaning. Track campaign deliverability, open rates, and responses. Make outbound calls to prospects from the database to introduce the company’s services and generate qualified meetings. Conduct needs-based conversations to pre-qualify prospects before passing to BDMs. Coordinate and schedule appointments directly in line with BDM availability. Follow up with warm email responses, past leads, and partially engaged prospects. Maintain professional communication cadence across multiple touchpoints (calls, emails, follow-ups). Work closely with Inside Sales Specialists to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified appointments. Provide detailed reporting on campaign and calling outcomes, highlighting conversion ratios. Share insights with BDMs to improve overall sales strategies. Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or inside sales appointment-setting. Proven track record in B2B email marketing and database-driven outreach. Strong proficiency with Brevo (or similar automation tools) and ZoomInfo. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging decision-makers. Knowledge of email deliverability and best practices for multi-channel outreach. Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to manage both marketing campaigns and outbound sales activities. Industry experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, or B2B services (preferred but not required). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of outbound calls made and quality of conversations. Number of qualified appointments scheduled for BDMs. Conversion rate from campaign engagement to booked meetings. Database growth, accuracy, and segmentation quality.
