In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Ensuring understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or company’s stakeholders through remote communication or site visits; * Taking ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Quote-to-Order scope delivery within Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services business portfolio, following the standard process; ensuring the innovative and cost-effective solutions are proposed; proactively applying methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality; ensuring stakeholders are proactively informed on the status or any challenges; * Acquiring, maintaining, and actively sharing knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization; support on-the-job development of other Service Specialists; * Taking other responsibilities or tasks, including those related to Ethics and Information Security policies within the skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed.
