Responsibilities
  • Customer Quotation Management: Review customer expectations, align with account managers and Lead Centers, prepare pricing, and handle the quoting process within CRM, including follow-up.
  • Sample and Tooling Management: Handle all relevant sample and tool orders in alignment with the relevant production plants, including the invoicing process.
  • Pricing Management: Maintain customer-specific prices in SAP and manage price increases in alignment with account managers.
  • Customer Master Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
  • Support on Customer Contracts: Assist with terms and conditions, commercial/logistics/price agreements.
  • Commercial Handling: Manage customer-specific requirements and handle customer debit/credit notes
