ABOUT THIS POSITION

Help transform the Henkel Adhesive General Manufacturing business by joining a revenue generating Sales Team in the role of Inside Sales, focused on leveraging data driven customer insights and accelerating digital demand generation to scale Hero Applications.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT

  • Sales experience. You will receive excellent sales induction training over several weeks, but you ideally need to have a previous background in sales position either internal sales or external with established digital skills (CRM, Social Selling, Presentations) and importantly confident on the telephone. “Cold call” experience is desirable.
  • Effective communicator. As this is an office-based role, you will have active listening skills and be able to adapt your questioning and style to gain knowledge to offer solutions. You will speak at all levels of the business and with customers/distribution partners.
  • Proven contributor. We are looking for people who will drive their role as well as being a key member of the wider sales and technical team.
  • Desire to learn. Do you want to learn about our technologies and how we add value to our potential customers and how to be incredibly successful, whilst making a real difference to your customers? You must have a desire to improve and the ability to learn new skills.
  • You are organised. This is a fast-paced role with a mix of proactive and reactive activities. The right candidate will be able to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
  • You bring trust into the room. We are looking for a candidate who can establish trust quickly both with your internal team and importantly potential customers.
  • You are hardworking and passionate about the material.
  • Swedish and English. Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
  • Create growth opportunities remotely and speak to customers all day.
  • React quickly managing incoming leads from customers, distributors, and further qualify field sales leads for Territory Sales Engineer hand-off.
  • Proactively build, maintain, and grow prospect customers and distributor relationships through sales prospecting campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Technical Information Services, Field Sales, Marketing, and Channel Management teams to support regional business development programs and campaigns.
  • Find solutions that work. You get to know the customer by questioning them thoroughly and making a good problem analysis and how we can help. This deep knowledge will allow you to build a solution from our portfolio that has a real impact on their organisation.
  • Achieve/overachieve key performance indicator targets and sales metrics.
  • Contribute support and expertise to deliver an amazing customer experience.
  • Help and support customers and distributors in the Stockholm area.
