Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Inside Sales Specialist Lead, you’ll be the go-to mentor for the Inside Sales team, helping improve their performance, provide day-to-day support, and lead by example. You’ll also be responsible for qualifying and converting inbound leads, driving sales performance, and assisting the Head of Sales with implementing and refining strategy.
You’ll play a hands-on role in the sales process while developing your coaching and leadership skills—perfect for someone ready to make their mark and step up in their career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mentor and support Inside Sales team members to develop their sales and technical skills.
  • Act as 2IC to the Head of Sales, assisting with daily team operations and motivation.
  • Qualify inbound leads from calls, live chat, web enquiries, and partner referrals.
  • Conduct outbound calls to convert prospects into customers and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate across departments (Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, Risk, and Compliance) to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate pipelines and records in Salesforce and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in reporting and providing sales insights to support decision-making.
  • Uphold compliance and ensure all onboarding documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Contribute to a positive, performance-driven team culture.
