Your tasks in our company:

• Telephone and written advice and support for our customers
• Management and coordination of customer orders
• Calculation and offer processing or offer preparation
• Credit note recording and creation of pro forma invoices
• Support with complaint processing

Our requirements for you:

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in inside sales
• Basic technical understanding is desirable
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Independent work, reliability and resilience
• Teamwork and communication skills
