As an Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d), you will support and advise top companies in Germany in our internal sales department and ensure their customer satisfaction.

What you can expect:

• You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding the preparation of offers and/or order processing.
• You communicate with and support our business partners across all media.
• You are the link between sales, technical experts, our internal interfaces, as well as suppliers and manufacturers, also in an international context.
• As a contrasting aspect, you will also take care of master data maintenance and general topics related to exclusive customer support.

Your profile

• Commercial vocational training or comparable qualification as well as professional experience in sales administration
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Enjoyment of working with people and strong teamwork skills
• Excellent German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
