About the role :    You are someone that takes a proactive approach to tracking and driving opportunities to closure. You are comfortable engaging and guiding conversations with clients and customers. You have a keen interest in developing a deep understanding of the business, science, problems and commercial drivers in the Earth Science market. You possess solid communication skills and an ability to communicate technical subjects to customers. Responsibilities:    * Work with field Sales Managers to build direct relationships with customers and clients to understand their objectives and needs, in order to be able to both effectively sell our suite of seismological products and services, as well as identify gaps and opportunities to extend and grow the business * Prepare and present unique and insightful solutions and proposals * Proactively, and consistently manage the sales process through the company CRM, from quote request to cash REQUIREMENTS:    * At least 3 years of previous inside sales experience, preferably in a related field such as the geosciences, scientific instrumentation, or related technologies * Exceptional interpersonal skills – experience effectively interacting with all stakeholders, including: channel partners, managers, and clients with a positive, enthusiastic attitude * Exceptional administration and organizational skills * An independent thinker with a can do attitude * Previous experience supporting field Sales Managers * Experience working with a CRM platform * Ability to problem solve in a cross-functional environment * Display a keen interest to continually learn about technical products.
