Description Ensure, coordinate and promote Browning/Winchester inside sales by telephone and all other channels of communication to achieve and maintain company sales objectives. Requirements 1. Ensure that orders from incoming sales calls, fax and e-mail are recorded accurately and promptly processed to ensure satisfaction for the customer, and profit for the company. 2. Perform outbound calling duties as required. 3. Provide proper and effective customer service for Authorized Browning and Winchester Firearms Dealers and Distributors so that dealers keep company in highest regard and feels good about selling company products. 4. Create documents that communicate thoughts, ideas, information, messages and other written information in a logical, organized and coherent manner that is appropriate for a business audience. Writing should be professional and courteous. 5. Attend a mixture of classes to refresh and update product knowledge, phone and computer skills in order to better service dealer/distributors. 6. Perform other duties that may be requested by dealers, sales reps or department manager as needed. 7. Responsible for processing military and house account orders and special promotional programs for both Browning and Winchester within sales team territory. 8. Switchboard and receptionist duties.
